But there are still those poor souls who don't know the secret. We need to reach them. Show them the penta Experience. Save them from the bland. And you can tell them all about it.
Join us at the cluster office of Penta Hotels in Brussels. Together we can stand out like a carnival of style and colour in a world gone boring.
What you gotta do:
Nurture that acquisition portfolio to prospect, acquire, develop and retain new relationships. 
Focus on accounts where our business group, corporate individual and seminar experience is a win.
Set goals and build results-driven strategies to exceed set targets.
Maintain exceptional levels of CRM.
Organise, host and attend sales activities including calls, site visits, brick wall events, client events, famtrips and more.
Keep a shark eye on the competition, and an eagle eye on trends before they rise.
Tell our target markets all about us. The truth is persuasive.
Never miss a chance to cross-promote your pentahotels siblings in Belgium and beyond.
Participate in projects for the siblings, when and if needed.
Smash the hotel revenue budget, forecast, month-end closing and daily pricing reviews with revenue and the management team.

What you gotta have:
A results-driven character with minimum 1 year experience in similar position and/or degree holder in hotel management 
Knowledge of the local market is a must.
Fluent spoken and written Dutch or/and French and English. 
A pro-active business approach that's flexible and independent. 
A good understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to travel as and when business needs demand.
Natural networking and presentation props, with clear and effective communication skills.
A self-motivated, self-disciplined style that's energetic and nicely assertive.
Excellent team player creds, with good personal planning and prioritisation skills.
