About the Role
Beobank is looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Operations to drive operational excellence and lead our growing operations team. Reporting to the Chief Product & Client Officer, you will oversee approximately 70 professionals across various operational functions. Your leadership will be central to optimizing efficiency, improving cost structures, and enhancing service delivery. This position plays a key role in Beobank’s ongoing mission to exceed client expectations through innovative, high-quality banking services.
